This website is operated by LumaDrift. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LumaDrift.

By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced in these Terms.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
